Fireworks Information

Fireworks are illegal in the unincorporated areas of Johnson County.  For more information, visit http://cmo.jocogov.org/permits/article3.htm.

Fireworks (except bottle rockets ) are legal within the city limits of De Soto on private property on July 2nd and 3rd from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and July 4th from 10 a.m. to Midnight.
